Our trading terms apply to all transactions on the HB Direct Limited owned website, www.hairandbeautydirect.com, and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for future reference. Please also read our Privacy Policy

General Terms

1. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
2. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and send you a further email to confirm your order details. Please note that neither email is acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we dispatch the product(s) to you.
3. Delivery timescales are specified in the Delivery section. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.
4. All items and offers are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. Unless otherwise advised, refunds will be credited to the source of the original payment, which means a credit to the bank account concerned, or a credit back to the debit or credit card used.
5. We try to ensure that the prices quoted are correct and that all products are accurately described on this website. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description or price of goods displayed on this website. If we discover an error in the price or description of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order based on the correct price or description, or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as canceled.
6. All reductions in price and/or credit terms are reductions against our own previous prices and terms unless otherwise indicated.
7. Payment can be made by any method specified in the Payment section below. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you.
8. We do file details of your order. Please contact us for details of how these can be obtained.
9. We offer a 7 day approval guarantee. Please refer to that section for details of the terms and conditions applicable. Some products are excluded from the guarantee and are clearly marked as such next to the product name. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please refer to our Returns section.
10. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and return the item free of charge.
11. All sizes are approximate where used.
12. For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
13. We reserve the right to charge any other costs of enforcing our rights against you, including the cost of letters and telephone calls by us or our agents, in respect of any failure by you to make payments in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions. We reserve the right to charge £15 for any cheque returned to us unpaid. This is to cover the cost incurred by us to process this cheque.
14. All reductions shown in price are reductions against our previous prices unless otherwise indicated.
15. All our consumer contracts are governed by English law and shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Payment

1. We accept online payment credit card in a secure environment. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.
2. HB Direct Ltd or HairandBeautyDirect.com do not collect or store any of your credit/debit card details or any other payment and financial information you use to make purchases through this store. Our payment and verification process is handled by Paypal UK - the only information retained by HairandBeautyDirect.com is you registration details (Surname, postage address, username, etc) and other, non-financial details mentioned in this document.
3. All prices on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are shown in pounds sterling (£). When delivering to any area outside the United Kingdom, any liability for customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country rests with you, because we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Delivery Policy

1. Stock permitting, all orders placed on the web are usually dispatched to arrive with UK customers within 24 hours on any working day. However, during the busy Christmas period there will be the usual inevitable delays. Unfortunately, these seasonal factors are beyond our control. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.

Returns Policy

1. For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
2. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is found to have been faulty at the time of dispatch to you.
3. If for any reason you are not happy with any HairandBeautyDirect.com merchandise, just send it back within 7 days, unused, complete with any swing tickets/labels/other attached items and in its original packing for an exchange or refund to:

Refunds Policy

5. Refunds are made in full for the price of the goods concerned. They are not subject to any deductions to cover transaction and administration costs.
6. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of return postage if the item sent back is found to have been faulty at the time of dispatch to you.

1. If for any reason you are not happy with any HairandBeautyDirect.com merchandise, just send it back within 7 days, unused, complete with any swing tickets/labels/other attached items and in its original packing for an exchange or refund to:
