How much do you charge to deliver?
The cost of packing and delivery is clearly displayed at 'checkout' for your approval prior to confirming your order. Our packing and delivery charges fall into three tiers:

* Economy - Delivery within 2-3 days to anywhere in the UK, including Northern Ireland and Channel Islands - £2.80
* Express - Delivery within 1-2 days to anywhere in the UK, including Northern Ireland and Channel Islands - £3.25
* Next Day Express - Next day delivery by 1pm guaranteed. Delivery to anywhere in the UK, including Northern Ireland and Channel Islands - £5.80

We also offer a free delivery option for all orders that total over £30. This is a simple process - add your product(s) to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout, if the value of your order is £30 or more then free delivery is automatically added.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours and we stick to the delivery times outlined above. Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend and on National Holidays. We do our best to deliver promptly but from time to time there can be issues beyond our control that can mean this is not possible. We will contact you post-purchase if we believe we may not be able to deliver when promised.

What is your returns policy?
Taken from our terms and conditions document:

1. For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
2. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is found to have been faulty at the time of dispatch to you.
3. If for any reason you are not happy with any HairandBeautyDirect.com merchandise, just send it back within 7 days, unused, complete with any swing tickets/labels/other attached items and in its original packing for an exchange or refund to:
